Oh man, watching Pika rip into Greg Payne has been an education in how to act in the blogging world (like Pika and not like Greg)! For those of you who don't know, Greg Payne is a local politician, blogger, etc. and Pika Brittlebush is not a, but one of the major bloggers in Albuquerque (see my first post, she's one of my favorites to read). She's very articulate and bright, in addition to being a very funny writer.

Anyway, Greg has been really on a rampage in his recent posts, blasting everyone in site like he's Clint Eastwood in "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly". To her credit I don't believe Pika really ripped into Greg because he's still standing, and Pika can really bring the heat.

I wonder what the heck got Greg worked up. It can't just be a recent column in the Alibi...

I get the feeling that this is just the first salvo between Greg ("Mail Order") Payne, ("Jackass", as quoted by Payne, not me) Jim Scarantino and others in the political and blogging worlds. It's time to sit back with a cup of coffee and watch the action unfold. Place your bets.
